Jessica Stollings is a national speaker, trainer, author, and researcher who empowers leaders to think differently about differences and turn obstacles into opportunities. She is also the co-founder of Regenerate- an organization that integrates Gen Z into the workplace and creates knowledge sharing across generations- and serves as Adjunct Faculty at Lipscomb University in the College of Leadership and Public Service.
With nearly 20 years in generational diversity, she’s worked with 200+ clients across 35 states and delivered over 500 keynotes and training sessions.
Her generational work has been featured in publications like SHRM, PR Daily and The Chronicle of Higher Education, and her generational escape game in a box was voted one of the top in the world by Training Magazine. Jessica’s Inclusive Leadership Program earned top honors from the American Society of Association Executives.
With a background in talent development for a Fortune 500 company and experience as a nationally syndicated news reporter, she’s passionate about helping people feel understood and valued. Most importantly, Jessica is a mom. Her daughter, June, is her chief passion and priority. Jessica and June live outside Nashville, TN and are dedicated to a life of intention and adventure!
