We are thrilled to announce our third annual Ovation Healthcare Women’s Retreat and invite you to join us! This retreat is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded women in healthcare, learn from one another, and gain practical tools for both personal and professional growth.

The theme of this year’s retreat is “Leading Across Generations: The Power of Connection” and will include professional development built around examining generational leadership, emotional intelligence, and how your communication style reflects and reinforces your personal brand.  We’ll also explore the practical use of AI in communications.

We’ll kick off the retreat with a forward-thinking keynote, delivered by national speaker and author Jessica Stollings, providing insights into understanding and engaging each generation in the workforce and share tools to harness their collective strengths to fuel success today and into the future.

To further increase our personal development, each attendee will have the opportunity to complete an Enneagram assessment to gain insight into their own personality type and participate in group discussions that will enlighten us to how different personality types communicate.

In additional to these key topics, we will conclude the retreat with our popular panel discussion featuring accomplished women leaders in healthcare. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a philanthropic project that gives back to the healthcare community.
